This is a truly good magnesium spray. I suffer from cramps and the relief is instant. It absorbs quickly and is very effective. Love it. I also use the Kunzea Roll on Liniment plus the Kunzea Pain relief cream. They are all really effective. I can honestly recommend them and I love that they are Aussie products too.
I recently started using magnesium chloride spray on going to bed at night. A couple of pumps of spray rubbed on the soles of my feet, on top of my feet, on my shins and calves and thighs. The quality of my sleep has improved considerably. If I wake in the middle of the night for a toilet stop I am usually successful in getting back to sleep for another 3-4 hours by applying a small amount of Zea relief cream to my hands. While it is not primarily for pain relief I believe that the fragrance plays a part in relaxing my brain and helping me get back to sleep.
I went into Terry White chemist in Melbourne Central yesterday to describe my experiences with magnesium chloride spray in conjunction with Zea cream to relieve my long term insomnia issues. While they already stock Zea cream I recommended that they also stock magnesium chloride.

Brought this for my Elderley mum 87 , having severe back pain . Mum used this product and was very impressed , Helped relieve a fracture in her back that she didn’t know about until X-rays showed it and this really helped her so cheers for your wonderful Product helping my elderly mum
As I suffer chronic pain to my lower back and pinch nerve, I used the Kunzea Pain Relief Cream and also the Magnesium Oil at different times, sadly they didn't Relief any of my pain, the Cream has a very lovely smell compared to other Cream, but hope that they help others.
