Apply directly to skin and massage as desired. Suitable for full-body or targeted massage by therapists and at home. For aromatherapy, blend your chosen essential oils into the carrier oil at the appropriate dilution before applying. See the directions panel below for recommended dilution ratios by use case. As a Carrier Oil - Essential Oil Dilutions
Body Massage (Adults): Dilute 1-3% (approx. 6-18 drops per 30mL of carrier oil). Apply to skin and massage as desired. Sensitive Skin: Dilute 0.5-1% (approx. 3-6 drops per 30mL of carrier oil). Face Use: Dilute 0.25-0.5% (approx. 1-3 drops per 30mL of carrier oil). Suitable for facial massage and skincare application. Bath Use: Dilute 1% or less. Mix 3-6 drops of essential oil into 1 tablespoon (15mL) of carrier oil. Add to bath water once filled and disperse well. WARNINGS: External use only. Avoid eye contact. Keep out of reach of children. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. When in doubt, consult your physician and/or a qualified and trained aromatherapy practitioner. STORAGE: Store below 30°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Contains macadamia (tree nut) and coconut. Not suitable for those with relevant allergies.
