My husband uses vetiver blended with fractionated coconut oil in a roller bottle. He puts it on the soles of his feet before bed and finds it really helps him sleep well. I had run out and he noticed a big difference without it.

Wonderful oil relaxing
This is spicy, earthy, lively, elegant and leaning towards the masculine scent. Its hard to describe how great it is. A few drops will last all day and linger through the evening having a bold strength. We bought this to replace "Farenheight" cologne - BIGGEST bonus - This IS NOT an endocrine disruptor as it is 100% natural. We have given this as gifts to male family members but could also be easily used for a firey/earthy option for females too.
